Angela's Parmesan Oven-Fried Chicken


1/2 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1/4 t garlic salt
1/4 t pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Combine first 5 ingredients, set aside.
Dip chicken in salad dressing, dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 13x9 backing pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Yield 6 servings.
