2 c. butter (1 pound) heated for better flavor and then called to medium hard before using
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
6 c. cake flour
This is a very stiff dough but can be rolled or pressed into molds. Bake very slowly at 325 degrees. Better eating after a day or so. Bake 10-15 minutes. Do not refrigerate.
